Main Functions:
Based on the newly released Bidding Law, E-Trade on-line
bidding system is a website applicable to tenderees, bidding
anents (website establisher and partners), and bidders.
E-Trade Bid On-line 1.0 includes writing and disclosure
of bidding book, application and approving of bidders, sales
and download of bidding book, querying and answering of
bidding book, bidding and security, bidding appraisement
and result announcement, etc.
The system can be divided into agent and tenancy, on which
the above functions can be applied by different roles. The
main character is security. It means that the bidding box
is non-available to tenderees before the official disclosure.
Although the system administrator can see the content of
the bidding box, he can not reach the design of the content,
since the use of e-signature. Therefore, this system offers
a reliable on-line bidding portal.
