Ltd. (Cyber Resource) is a subsidiary of China National
Software Technology and Services Company. As CS&S
further increased its international business, Cyber
Resource came into being. Being a joint venture, Cyber
Resource focuses on international outsourcing business
and provides guaranteed software development and relevant
technology & services to the customers based on
the rich experiences and management techniques accumulated
by CS&S.

The main direction of Cyber Resource focuses on
providing software service to customers at home and
abroad. The company has the ability to offer such services
as software outsourcing (developing and testing), enterprise
IT service outsourcing, consultation and subcontract
or development of projects and products. Based on the
long-term cooperation of CS&S with overseas manufacturers,
Cyber Resource has established a business model with
outsourcing at the core and providing products to the
customers at the same time. Cyber Resource has already
covered the following skill distributions up to now:
development and relative service of network and e-business,
system software, work flow and network system management
software. Besides, Cyber Resource has accumulated some
advantage in E-business and relevant fields. In the
future, Cyber Resource will follow the way specified
and try to output both its technology and management. |

As an IBM ISP, Cyber Resource cooperates with IBM at
all levels. It not only takes part in much IBM E-business
development (e.g. Big Client Purchasing System), but
also in various applications based on IBM E-business
software & hardware platforms. Besides, Cyber Resource
joints with IBM to conduct software testing, system
transplantation, software localization, project outsourcing
and IBM software popularization including Flowmark,
